eye encourage you to work with one mediation for 1-2- weeks time and not the shifts and changes in the practice. 

eye also encourage you to journal about the process after you move through the meditation. 

know that emotions can surface during a mediation practices. if this happens for you, you have full permission to pause the recording and allow for emotions to run their course. and eye am here for support always as you need.
